FAQ

English yoga in Seoul — your questions.

Is the yoga class taught in English?

Yes. Every session is guided in both English and Korean, so it's easy to follow whether you're an expat, a tourist, or a Korean local. No Korean is required to join.

Where in Seoul do you practice?

In spring and autumn we meet outdoors by the Han River at Yanghwa Hangang Park, a short walk from Seonyudo Station (Line 9). In summer and winter we move to a cozy indoor studio in Mapo-gu. Both locations are central and easy to reach across Seoul.

I'm a complete beginner — can I still come?

Absolutely. Beginners are the heart of this class. Every pose comes with modifications, and you can move at your own pace. You don't need any prior yoga experience.

How much does a class cost and what should I bring?

Sessions are 40,000 KRW. Bring your own mat and some water — mat rental is available on-site if you don't have one. Just bring an open heart and comfortable clothes.

How do I book a spot?

Reserve through our Meetup group, message us on KakaoTalk, or send an email. Spaces are limited, so booking ahead is recommended.

See you on the mat this morning.

Reserve your spot or say hello — we'd love to practice with you.
